  • Q1.How will I be informed if I am qualified?
    A.
    Only the successful candidates will be informed each individually after the review is completed.
    In certain cases, you may be requested to offer additional demonstrations for a further review.
  • Q2.I am disqualified. May I apply again?
    A.
    Yes, any disqualified person may apply again any time. Please apply again.
    However, please avoid submitting the demonstrations or duplicate submissions which you have made previously.
  • Q3.May I apply as a team?
    A.
    Yes, you may. When applying, please accurately enter the part you are responsible for for each team in the application form.
  • Q4.Can I sing the demo vocals myself?
    A.
    Yes, If yourself record the demo vocal. you'll get extra points. Please consider hiring demo vocalist for opposite gender songs.
  • Q5.May I forward you the demonstration by email from time to time?
    A.
    No, during the auditioning process, only the demonstrations received via the auditioning website are monitored.
    Please be advised that the demonstration forwarded separately by email are not subject to the review.
  • Q6.May I apply as a foreigner?
    A.
    Yes, you may apply for the JYP Publishing Composer Audition at any time, any place.
    This audition is open for every new Producers & Songwriters.
  • Q7.What are the benefits of becoming an affiliated writer?
    A.
    When you sign an exclusive writer contract, you would receive the following opportunities and welfare benefits.
    Opportunities provided - Use of the JYP Music Lab
    - Collaboration with the JYP artists
    - Song camp with foreign writers
    - Receipt and pitching of demos leads of various agencies including JYP Ent
